Louisiana Small Business Owner Goes From Box Truck Driver to Job Creator With Innovative Financing From Lendistry
Ellis Sandifer says the lender's special program for trucking businesses changed his life
SLIDELL, LOUISIANA / ACCESS Newswire / August 6, 2025 / Lendistry announces today that it was proud to help 2'EAZY LLC, a locally-owned business, grow its operations with a new take on revenue-based financing (RBF).
Owner of 2'EAZY LLC
Ellis Sandifer began his career delivering antique furniture, mattresses, and other large items as an employee. He excelled in his role and quickly realized he could run a similar business for himself, eventually saving enough to put down half the cost of his own box truck-just as the pandemic increased the need for local deliveries. Even with the uptick in business, inconsistent payments from clients made it hard to make ends meet, so he applied to become a driver for a major e-commerce platform. This opportunity, combined with the financing Lendistry, changed everything.
"The Lendistry loan program gave me security," says Sandifer. "A lot of issues can come out of nowhere with truck maintenance that knock you off your shoes, but with this financing available, I didn't have to choose between purchasing new trucks and fixing old ones. Now I have four trucks, I've paid off my first loan and am ready for more." Now, Sandifer has been able to create jobs for family and local community members, and can spend time with his children while still running a growing business.
Lendistry offers RBF through a special program for "middle mile" carriers. RBF provides a flexible repayment plan that matches carriers' financing expenses to their income, and the program takes a different approach that can allow small businesses to keep more of their revenue during overperforming months and keep growing.
"I was working so hard for five years, and thanks to this program I can finally see the business running itself. I finally see the work paying off," Sandifer adds. "I didn't believe opportunities like this could exist."
