Prior to Hugo, he was Vice President of Finance at Fora Financial, where he oversaw accounting, capital markets, FP&A, and treasury, and helped originate over $1 billion in debt capital to support U.S. small businesses. Throughout his career, Walsh has specialized in capital optimization, operational scaling, and technology-driven financial strategy - skills that will support Spartan's mission of delivering faster, smarter funding solutions to small businesses.
