Our net income was $25.6 million, or $0.48 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2026, compared to net income of $28.8 million, or $0.54 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2025. Adjusted net income1 was $26.0 million, or adjusted diluted earnings per share1 of $0.49, for the first quarter of 2026, compared to adjusted net income1 of $30.8 million, or adjusted diluted earnings per share1 of $0.58, for the fourth quarter of 2025.
